Thanksgiving Day is upon us in Canada, the leaves are almost all a complete mixture of such wonderful shades of reds, yellows, and oranges. It’s honestly one of my favorite holidays. When I was a kid living in Ontario it was a day of fun, celebration, and of tradition.
Of course, I would spend time with family, play street hockey with my friends, and enjoy a wonderful meal. Now, as the hands of time continue to tick away. I grow older and pass down my traditions with my kids and perhaps they’ll pass them on to theirs and so forth. The world has gone through so many changes that it can be scary. But you have to take the bad with the good. But the main thing is we are getting through it together.
I just want to say that I am thankful for my family, my friends, and all of you. It means so much to me, knowing that what I’m doing is bringing so much love and joy. So on this day, we give thanks, well that’s what I’m thankful for.
